Book and technology fees are non-refundable after the school year begins.
Prepaid lunch and transportation fees will be refunded prorated for unused services.
Extracurricular activity fees will be evaluated individually.
Full refunds for programs cancelled by the school.
Partial refunds for student withdrawals, depending on timing and circumstances.
In case of unforeseen school closures, the school will communicate with families about tuition and fee adjustments.
Approved refunds issued within 30 days of the final decision.
Refunds made in the original payment method.
Written appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the initial decision.
